How can I cancel or change my booking?

Head on to the User profile and there you can see a modification option click on that and go ahead with the modifications which you need from us or you can even email us to support@ulohotels.com

How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?

After you have cancelled your reservation you will receive an e-mail or call from our team to confirm your cancellation.

In case of cancellation how long will it take to see the refund in my bank account?

Once the cancellation is confirmed, it may take up to a week to see the amount back in your account. The number of days may vary depending on the bank and the working days of our team.

How do I notify you and check my cancellation status during the peak seasons?

During the peak seasons, apart from notifying us via email support@ulohotels.com it is mandatory to call us on 9790 999 222 to cancel and check the cancellation status.

How long does it take to process this refund?

We usually process the refund within 7 working days from the cancellation request. However, it may take slightly longer to reflect in your account statement as this depends upon your bank. We’ve noticed that it takes about 7 working days for most refunds to hit their respective accounts.
